Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and a very helpful and accommodating staff. The central location was perfect for exploring Prague, although the limited breakfast options were a downside.
I stayed in the more modern block at the back of the hotel. It was shocking to discover that I had been given 'extras' to make it appear deluxe when paying for a larger room, only to be misled by rude staff. However, the extension section where my room was located seemed newer, as explained by the hotel staff.
The hotel offered a mixed experience. While the location was superb, being within easy reach of all major sights and great for dining out, the rooms were a bit small and oddly positioned close to the elevator. The service was top-notch and very helpful, although some improvements are needed in the dining area.
The hotel had a small, immaculate room with a kettle, but the bathroom was on the tiny side. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, just a short walk from major attractions. The dining options were tasty with good variety, though not overly special. The hotel offered basic facilities, but nothing extraordinary.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, although in need of modernization, with a very basic breakfast. On the upside, the rooms are quiet and well-kept. The location is great for sightseeing, close to main attractions, despite being considered slightly overpriced by some. The dining experience is satisfactory with a good selection provided. Overall, the facilities are fair, although improvements in cleaning and modernization are needed.
I found the hotel to be comfortable and welcoming, with lovely service and a convenient location. Although there were some minor drawbacks like noise issues and room equipment issues, overall, it was a good stay.
